In 2008 it changed its name to Shenzhen Lusheng Golf Course Engineering Co., Ltd. and has a registered capital of 10,000,000 RMB. It has obtained a Management of Urban Gardening and Greening 3-Grade Qualification and has passed the IS014001 Environment System Certificate. The Head Office is located in Shenzhen where it also owns a 20 Mu. tree and shrub nursery as well as a 1000 Mu. lawn nursery in Haikou. As a part of the construction process, the ability to provide high quality sod and sprigs can lead to good cost control measures.
